Event detail emitted whenever the undo/redo history changes.
Fired when an edit is pushed onto the undo stack (by recordEdit() outside a
transaction, or by the outermost endTransaction() of a non-empty transaction),
after an undo or redo (keyboard or programmatic), and when clearHistory()
empties a non-empty history. Bind toolbar buttons’ disabled state to it.
