Type guard for ServerSide loading placeholders.

With the default placeholderRendering: 'loading-row' the grid renders placeholders itself, so column renderers, value accessors, format and rowClass are never called for them while rendering. Use this guard where placeholders still reach your code: with placeholderRendering: 'columns' (including a Responsive cardRenderer), in a sortComparator or gridConfig.sortHandler under sortMode: 'local', in Export mode: 'formatted' / processCell and Clipboard copy (which call format), or when reading grid.rows directly.
